A little love and Rumi

The mystical poet Rumi has been all around me lately. His quotes keep appearing in my inbox with just the words I needed to hear at that moment. My aunt is a huge Rumi fan and she often finds answers to her questions about life, dreams and spirituality in his poetry. I think that his work is resonating with so many people at this particular time in history because it is about love. Since love is everything Rumi’s words might be just the right medicine.

You can find out more about Rumi here.

I’ll share a few of my  fave excerpts from his poetry. I’m sure if you look you will find many more that resonate with you personally.

“And still, after all this time, the Sun has never said to the Earth,
“You owe me.”
Look what happens with love like that.
It lights up the sky.”
