Next time try crying – it could be good for you

My friends and  I seem to be repeating the phrase “next year will be a better year” as we have all had to navigate through many challenges this year.  So when I came across this quote on The Daily Love, I wanted to share it as I’m sure everyone has those days when you just need to have a good cry. I used to be the type of person who tried so hard to hold my tears in, not any more, now I just let them flow baby!  I don’t know about you but to me  things always feels better after a really good cry. It’s cathartic and healing at the same time. If you already let the tears flow whenever they need to – good on you! but if you are a holder backer I highly suggest giving it a try next time you feel the need.  Just let all  those held in emotions roll away through your tears and see how you feel afterwards. They say letting go of old stagnant energy makes room for new fresh energy to come into your life. Sounds good to me!
