This is what my daughters, my hubby and I have been enjoying this week as part of our breakfast. It’s an easy smoothie recipe with fruit and spinach! Perfect way to sneak in those greens. My 4 year old thinks it’s funny that we are adding “salad” to our smoothies – but she likes it and I’ll take that any day!
- fresh chopped pineapple
- banana ( can use frozen bananas if you like your smoothies colder)
- baby spinach
- tiny bit of orange juice
- enriched rice milk ( or milk alternative of your choice)
- 1 tsp flax seed oil
- 1 tsp flax meal
